ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The consumer declares to have taken note of the following provisions before ordering in the online store Les Vignerons de Saint-Chinian. Confirmation of the online order implies acceptance of the terms set out below and is considered irrevocable and can only be called into question in the cases provided for below.

PROTECTION OF MINORS

In accordance with Article L. 3342-1 of the Public Health Code applicable to sites selling alcoholic beverages on the Internet, on the prohibition of the sale of alcohol to minors under the age of sixteen, the buyer certifies when ordering that he is of legal age.

ALCOHOL ABUSE

Alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health, to be consumed in moderation.

PRICE

The price is expressed in euros, all tax included including VAT at 20%, excluding shipping costs.

ORDERING AND AVAILABILITY OF GOODS

When the stock of a vintage is exhausted, the cellar reserves the right to replace it with another vintage, of equal or better quality.

PAYMENT

This is done by secure payment by bank card via the CM-CIC payment service, before the goods are sent.

DELIVERY AND ORDER PROCESSING COSTS

Delivery only in metropolitan France.

Our deliveries are made by a carrier and are made within a usual period of 10 days.

Packages travel under the responsibility of carriers and recipients. Upon delivery, check the condition of your packages and their contents. In the event of damage, do not forget to make reservations with the carrier, mentioning them on the reporting sheet and confirm them by registered letter in the days that follow.

We can not be held responsible in case of impossibility of delivery due to an address error.

Please note that the carrier is not required to take the goods upstairs.

Please contact us prior to delivery if the problem arises.

It is the recipient's responsibility to check the condition of the packages as well as the references and quantities delivered. RIGHT TO RETRACT

You have a period of 7 working days from the date of delivery to return, AT YOUR COST, the wines that do not suit you to the following address:

Only goods in their COMPLETE AND INTACT original packaging will be taken back or exchanged. In the event of an exchange request, the reshipment will be AT YOUR EXPENSES. In the event of a refund request, this will be done by check.
